    First, let's look at the kit and some sprue shots:

    The kit was factory sealed wheni started and is complete.

    the decal sheet is good and includes options for either a barbarrosa fighter bomber or a battle of britain machine flown by galland, i will build Adolph's machine.

    the first step is to paint the interior and do the cockpit sub asemble, not much to do as its a small kit.

    Next we need to paint lil adolph, the seat of his pants are left unpainted as is his chair so that the glue will adhere properly.

    The face was not well defined but i gave him a galland mustache anyways!

    After he dries he will be attached and I can start on teh fuselage, but that is for next time!

    Thanks guys.

    I origianlly considered a matchbox 1/32 BF 109 but i had started it (built the wings and engine) so i went with one from the 'to do' pile!

    They go in my spare decal box, to be used perhaps one day in restoring an old kit or on another 109 should it come my way!

    Its a tad off topic, but i sometimes do restoration, like this example of a monogram Hurricane;

    This was how it was before:

    And after restoration (project was done a few months ago)
