I put the seatbelt decal on wine bottle foil then cut it out, but I'm not really happy with it. That's why I haven't done anything lately with the razorback. I just have to decide to rip them off and start over. Your better off without the decal belts Aaron.

Terry, I gave the paper and foil a try. I or the belts fared very well. I'll just go with out this time and maybe next time I order a set. Say....for the Spit GB. I have a Mk XVIe from Italeri. I will probably order a set or six off line. In the mean time, here are the shots I promised.**** DONE: 1/48 P-47D Thunderbolt "Razorback" - Your Favorite Aircraft of All Time GB-img_5032-p-47d-cockpit-resized-20.jpg**** DONE: 1/48 P-47D Thunderbolt "Razorback" - Your Favorite Aircraft of All Time GB-img_5034-resized-20.jpg**** DONE: 1/48 P-47D Thunderbolt "Razorback" - Your Favorite Aircraft of All Time GB-img_5030-p-47d-cockpit-resized-20..jpg

Checked the fit on the fuselage.............you could not ask for a better fit. just a little Elmers glue for a seam sealer and it will be perfect.

Research, research, research, then determine what fits your build, anything else is exteranious! I am not a rivet counter, and I feel sorry for those who feel that the pursuit of exact presission stop them from enjoying the fun of modeling!
With that said, Good work! Looks great!

    Great work Aaron!
I often use Tamiya tape for the belts myself, gives them a slight 'fabric' look.

Thank you guys. Thank you for the tip on the tape Evan. On the next round I may order some kits. Someone said something about a Spitfire GB and I have one to do so I may order a kit for it.
