| Bit of clarification first, Corey.....before you try my method. I use Tamiya Matt paints on Silver/ Metallic surface rather than gloss paint, this MAY or may not yield a different result?

| Applied gloss black, damn it went on nice. The right cowl (looking at the nose) does not have gloss because I lost the cover piece for the engine and found it after. Will spray it when I go to do bottom in a few days. (If you give gloss black its needed dry time it comes out quite nice!)

| Looks great Corey, probably the best place to try the tape method is on the front of the engine cowl and the leading edges of the wings, at least this will tell you if it will work or not.
