weeeeeeeeeel..i was thinking more in the "winnie the pooh" curtians.. now that would look great..hehe

anyway..the curtains on the Ju 88 differs in colour depending if you want to make a winter 88 or a summer 88.. they are "turnable "
greeon one one side and white on the other this explains itself i guess
here is a picture from WW2 ( the colours was added during WW2 for a book i have ) here you can see the curtains pretty good..and also how darn cramped that cockpit was

maybe this will be of help..and good luck with the curtains..i am planning to make them on my next 88 build

and just for info..the white side was used facing outward during summer ( to keep the cabin cooler ) and the dark green was used facing outward during winter to warm the cabin..

Thanks Guttorm....mmm will have to think about those curtains...

bit more work....bombsight platform used tamiya Buff on the wood section then rubbed in some Red Brown pastel and wiped it away with a rubber...gives a simple and reasonable effect...

Very nice Wayne! I see Revell have really replicated everything from Guttorm's JU88 - you can just make out 'Franz was here' carved into the 'wood' near the bomb site mount.......

Yep Mr.G, Iris at my local Model Shop confirmed today that it should arrive on Thursday afternoon - Yippeee!!!
I can then get to work on the belly-landed JU88 shot down by Josef Stehlik and two comrades, in October 1940, after attacking the Rootes factory - right next door to Speke (Liverpool Airport) where Josef's Squadron was based!
Not the best of Luftwaffe planning, to mount a low-level, daylight raid, with one aircraft, less than a mile from an RAF fighter 'drome!
