Has a desert paint scheme the same as this aircraft.

If you go through the pictures of the D model & compare it to the J model I think it is almost the same paint work.

I think yes.Here you are the profile of the bomber.However these "D" letters also could be of red paint with thin white outline taking colours of the fin flash into consideration.
