Po-2 is my favourite. And I am building one in 1/48 GAVIA.
I didn't know that there have been mustangs on skis. Nice idea for my P-51A...

Great photos guys, and great idea Micdrow!

That Hurricane was the Hurricane Mk.XII, and the Bf109 was an E-1 if I remember right.
Interesting to see a kawasaki Ki-61 ('Tony') with ski's.

Austers used by the RAF and RNZAF in Antarctica also had ski's. Some RAF Austers even had floats. Maybe floats could be included here too? there was even a Spitfire fitted with them!

I have seen pic's of a JU-52 and a C-47 on skis, but I can't find it. Also
saw a C-47 and a C-45 on pontoons. (wrong thread).
