Erich Hartmann 352 Kills

Howdy All!!!

Does anyone have the tail/rudder markings for Erich Hartmann's 352 kills? Or the 100 Victory oak leaf rudder marking?

Hows this? Is there a picture of the rudder with 352 or would they not worry about it any more by that time of the war?

no they wouldn't - this is the highest score to be photographed on Hartmann's rudder


..just for the record only 289 of Hartmann's 'victories' were in fact 'officially confirmed' before the German claims sytem broke down in early 1945, while only 307 of his supposed claims had been officially filed before the end of the war...
