Beaufighter Mk Ic of the RAAF

    Hi there,

In the research stage of building a 1/72 Hiplanes Beaufighter Mk Ic.

The kit is pretty basic with some parts closely resembling blobs. It's only small but I can see this one being challenging.

Anyway, I'm after whatever I can get on this particular mark in its RAAF guise (not as a night fighter) based out of Australia in WWII.

Also looking for upgrade parts but might put that in another section rather than in here.

    Thanks in advance!!

    roo

I'm not 100% about the "blobs" but here are some Aussie Ten-Gun Terrors:

Tomahawk Mk IIb of No. 112 Squadron RAF (A.K.A "The Shark Squadron").

    G'day TH,

    Thanks for your response.

The first pic, I think, comes from an article where a chap converted a 1/48 MkVI back to Mk Ic. Got a few ideas from this, at least.

Sadly, the last link didn't seem to work.

    cheers,

    roo

Oh dear, still I think the first one is the closest to your description
