Tirpitz raid Corsairs - Aircraft of World War II

As part of my Corsiar profile Collection I want to do a Few FAA ones and am keen to do a few ETO schemes.

In saying that I want to do some Tirpitz raid F4U's but cant find any photos

I have Plenty of references to Pacific machines but not European,
Can anyone help?

Maestro posted some good info regarding the FAA Corsairs in the ETO, including the Tirpitz encounter.

Here are a couple of the applicable ones.

G'day! Check out Aviation Illustration by John H. Stanley to see one two-view of RN FAA Corsair in camouflage for the ETO, while PTO planes tended to be painted dark blue like their USN and USMC Allied Corsairs.
