| Aircraft Identification Help Needed Hi everyone, I was just going through my Vietnam photo album and came across this pic. I remember taking it at Bien Hoa AB in April of 1970 on the old French side of the base. Being 20 years old at that time I thought this aircraft was a P-47 since it had a 4-blade prop but now looking back at it all these years later I'm not so sure. Seems like the engine cowling isn't the same shape as a P-47. Can anyone help? Thanks very much! Paul Montgomery, AL  |
