| Ferté alais's meeting France 2009 Some of my pic's of a french meeting on May the 31st. It's located in the south of Paris in Cerny "la ferté alais" and it's well known in France. This year there were a FW190 (not flying this year because it's a brand new Flug werk and it's not ready for public presentation.) an MS406 (swiss variant) the spitfire PRXIX (in his new paint sheme and with a new propeller) and some other planes (FG1-D, B25, B17,FI 156, Me163 , Blerio,Morane H...) sorry for the poor qulity of some of the pics... Enjoy |

| Cool pictures... I really liked the Rafale and Ms.406... Does that Me-163 replica have rocket engines or is it just a glider |

| It's just a glider (own by EADS), it is too dangerous to fly with the roket engine. If you really want to know how dangerous this plane was I recommand you the book "le messerschmitt diabolique" (don't know the english name but it was originally written in german so I think the is an english translation.the french title can be translate as "the demonic messerschmitt" ) written by Mano Ziegler (one of the first pilot of the real plane) This replica just flight so good! The pilot was so skilled he was flying this glider like an engined fighter... I have other pics if you like? |

| Great pics! And yes, more please, but could you re-size them please? I flew in to that meeting once in the 1980's, and was made very welcome - had a great weekend.
