ID this plane

My dad sent me this. This plane was on top of a gas station in the early 70's in Magnolia Arkansas. He said it was taken down to be restored at the local airport, but has no other info on it. Any help would really be appreciated.View attachment 250267

When I was a kid, there were quite a few sitting out back in the boneyard at Chino (and a ton of other types)
