Is this a F-5 version? It looks like a camera window is in the nose.

Yep, an F-5. The aircraft next to it, SN 44-26422 is also an F-5G-6-LO.
There were at least 22 F-5s destroyed on Guam on June 20, 1946 by a
typhoon. They were apparently being stored there post-war.
