    Pls help? Aircraft images/info wanted

    Hi guys.

Alright, I've been googling like mad again, and I can't seem to find a certain USAAF C-47 that - according to whatever little info I could gather - flew from Germany to England on May 14th, 1945, with a load of high-ranking german POWs from the Luftwaffe.
The C-47 had a white or yellow dot on the tip of its spinner, a piece of nose art (white or light circle) on the port side of its nose, some darker yellow edges on the engine cowlings (word?), and two yellow stripes on top of the tail.
The video I screencapped those two images below from, is very grainy, so I haven't been able to figure out the entire number on the lady's tail, but the last three digits seems to be "718". *sigh*
I know it isn't much information that I've managed to come up with, but if anyone of you guys/girls know of any flight listings or something like that, that are either available online or as a book, then I can start looking there.
What I want is any kind of information regarding this particular C-47 - images, text, whatever.
    In advance, thanks a lot.

    Cheers,

    Maria.
