Visit to the Commemorative Air Force museum

On my way to Tucson, I stopped and visited the CAF in Midland Texas. Overall, I was a little disappointed but only because several of their aircraft were on loan to other museums and it was also cold and rainy so I couldn't visit the planes outside. However, I still recommend a visit to the site. Here are a few of the pics I took.

Great to see, really like that Bf 108, very sexy in blue. At least they haven't tried to disguise it as a Bf 109. That Polikarpov was one of the ones that belonged to Tim Wallis' Alpine Flying Collection at Wanaka.
