  | Info on lj-3? My uncle has a military version of a piper cub? I don't know how old it nor have any pics of it to compare.I got a chance to work on it a time or two.I can remember it was made of fabric and still had cables for flaps and a very basic insterment panel.My uncle sereved in the AF.My family is all AF.does anyone have any information on this aircraft? |

| yes this is the plane he had.I remember tighening the landing gear with a come-along.It was alot of work.With the fabric you had to walk along the ribs of the plane or your foot would fall thru. |
