p-40 c and e top speed at sea level

need info about tomahawk & kittyhawk top speed at sea level (V=0) (n.a. theatre) .could anyone help?

I read the Russian TSAGI tested it at 445 Km/h, but it's a second hand information.

Dunno. I read that the same institute tested the P40E at 477 km/h, that's not so differrent from the result of the RAF test at 483 km/h.

I show the C having a top speed of 345mph at 15,000 feet, the E 354mph at the same altitude. Normally these figures are established at standard temp. and pressure (59F, 29.92). If these are true airspeeds I show the S/L true air speeds at 345 = 277.8 and 354=285.45.
