AFAIK they were equipped with SBDs or OS2Us and SO3Cs for coastal work, most probably ASW. They were numbered in the VS-31 to 70 (or more) range. I'd like to have info for units that operated in Pacific, expecially in october 1944 (base and a/c operated). Thanks Max
