| A new WW2 watch for my collection........ Hi, I have been wanting to find a nice WW2 era chronograph watch (a watch with a stopwatch) that an allied pilot might buy for himself or be given by his family (many wanted something nicer than an issue watch). After a lot of research I bought this swiss made Pierce chronograph made sometime between 1938 and 1945, it is in nice condition and keeps accurate time. ![]() As you can see by the period advert, Pierce sales were aimed at military pilots......Unlike most watch companies, Pierce designed and produced their own movements, it is a two button chronograph with a 17 jewel movement. The Pierce looks nice next to my other WW2 watches, I'll post more photos soon, cheers, -John

| Looks like a nice piece FlightPath. How much does something like that go for?
