Smile Raptor

Me & my grandson were lucky!! We went to the RIAT Fairford for Fridays pay & view. Apart from heavy showers now & then some stuff went up & did a rehearsal. One of these being the Raptor , the sky cleared for a while & up it went and did the complete display programme. There were only about 150 of us at the West side , but we had hard concrete parking on the apron. Also F16-F18 Grippon Etc. Well worth £12:00... It was like having your own personal Airshow. Pity they had to cancell the next 2 days!!!

Certainly a better display than the F-18E, F-16 and Eurofighter.

Saw the Raptor perform at last years Gathering of Mustangs & Legends in Ohio. Amazing aircraft, and the shot it put on was spectacular as well.
