Zenith STOL CH-701 homebuilt. It has full-span flaperons and also has fixed leading edge slats. Bigger brother is the STOL CH-801 that's a four-seater. The CH-701 seats two.

Yep. Check out Zenithair.com. That's the kit manufacturer and they've got specs and pics for both the 701 and 801 on the site.

There have been a lot of flaperons on high wing kit airplanes for quite a while. The Avid, Kitfox and Zenith aircraft come to mind immediately.
