| another LW crewman **** this really sucks another chap who I interviewed at some length through letter. Dr.J. was quite a special kind man. his claim to fame was Bördfunker to Martin "Tino" Becker through the wr years ending in StabIV./NJG 6 flying two different Ju 88G-6's. Ritterkreuz winner, shot down 3 BC heavies on a March 1945 eve with his single MG 131. Karl-Ludwig JOHANSSEN (Luftwaffe) *15.05.1921 +11.08.2009 RK : 20.03.1945 RIP

| not many of the RK winners left of any branch of the Wehrmacht/SS going everyday not to mention our own relatives, my side of the familie is gone my wifes of WW 2 age has dementia so many questions will never be answered......... Karl was a great guy very free with his info about his a/c and his service, I have much data on him and Tino, what an incredible LW NJ team they were
