Any info on this picture

Does anyone have info on this B-26 shot out of the sky. What knocked it out, bomber group, mission etc......

I think i have seen a similar picture and what i remember reading was That the bomb group was in a bombing formation and the bomber strayed into the path of a higher bombers load and one of the bombs took off the engine as it fell, then the B-26 also went in!

That's an old pic. I remember seeing it in the "Impact" series. If I
recall it was a direct hit by flak.
