| "Shooter" ![]() | I got a call from his son-in-law this morning. I have been asked to take photos of the memorial service. They are putting on quite a last hurrah for him. |

| "Shooter" ![]() | The service was beautiful. It was a fitting tribute to one heck of a guy. Dick flew P-38s in WWII out of Europe and was shot down in 1944. He went on to fly P-51s and DC-3s after the war. Aviator, hero, teacher, mechanic, father, grandfather, mentor and a host of other titles were bestowed upon this great man. Clear skies, tail winds and godspeed, Dick |
