| Senior Member | Does 454th BG have any website...? One of their B-24s crashed close to my born town on Aug 29, 1944. I´d like to find some info on this aircraft but haven´t found much on the web... Does anyone know any link to 454th BG?

| Senior Member | Thank you for the link Gary. I´m looking for the B-24H-15-FO, ser. N° 42-52313. At the crash it was assigned at 454thBG, 737thBS, under the name 'Rough Cobb'. I´ve found a pic of the machine with this ser N° , but assigned to another BG back then STINKY THE HOT ROCK Not bad for a quick start...
