I doubt if the late Gp Capt Bader's legs were that shapely, or that he wore high heels! Given his reputation, I wouldn't have wanted to be someone that suggested that he was 'that way' inclined - if you get my drift!
buying a prostetic leg....that just seems wrong on a fundemental level though i can't help but think Bader would laugh at the thought that someone would pay good money for one of his wooden legs.
