According to the book the Me-262 shot down 735 enemy a/c for 100 Me262 lost, many to accidents.

I believe the realistic figure is somewhere around 550 to 600.

Maybe so,I ve seen the 700 and some figure as the total claimed for jet fighters, that include Me-163, he-162,etc.
