Hydraulically boosted ailerons on F-190D-13 Hello, comrades I'm interested in some details on the topic. I found a mention in "Yellow 10" that Dora D-13 had hydraulically boosted ailerons and furthermore they were planned for Ta-152. But I found no mention about this device in all the rest of books on F-190D/Ta-152, including parts with description of these aircraftes. So I have some doubts if it is true (I mean that boosters were manufactured and installed on D-13). Could you help me with the info? Were boosters really installed and if they were installed did they really improved the rate of roll of Dora (figures in comparison with D-9)? What mod of Ta-152 were boosters planed for - H or - C or for both of them?

I'm no expert on the D-13 (although I love the look of her and the D-11), but I've never read or heard of that before Gorizont. That dosen't mean it isn't true though of course...

I believe that the D-13 did have boosted ailerons and that these were carried on to the Ta152
