Radial Engine Info?

I have questions about the inner workings of a radial engine. Can anyone direct me to a website that has some detailed pics or diagrams? Maybe even a Message board?
I understand the basic concept of the Radial, my questions are rather detail oriented.
I understand that all of the cylinders in a given row share the same crankshaft journal, they do this by using a "Star" assembly that centers on the crank journal, while the "Points" of the star hold the ends of the connecting rods. I've seen this in a motorized cutaway at the Smithsonian.
What I want to know, is what keeps the star in "phase" with the Cylinders?
Why does it not just rotate off center and lock up the engine?
Also, I need details on the oil control system.

Here is a site about radials....

The thing that keeps the everything together internally is called a "Master Rod" and how it is connected to the crank case...

http://auto.howstuffworks.com/question331.htm

Oil is usually fed under pressure from a seperate sump, this is called a dry sump system..

This is a good reference. Elsewhere on this site are some good pics of a real engine being assembled too.
