That's the Defiant from the Battle of Britain Hall at the RAF Museum. There is actually another one in the UK, near Birmingham, which is mainly a faithfull replica, correct in every detail. Someone posted a link on the forum about it recently.
 
I live in the Mutley area. Spent 17 years living in Rochester as well
I went to uni down there (the faculty with all the satellite dishes on top). I started off in Stoke but soon saw the light. I moved to Lipson, then North Hill (Drake's Circus end of Mutley Plain), Crownhill for a while and then by the Greenbank Hospital (now gone), not far from the Wellington pub.

Loved it, walking in to lectures on a sunny day and you can see the sun glimmering off the sea. Fantastic.
I keep meaning to visit, see the old places again. Many a night of drunken debauchery in Kitty O'Hanlon's... :)
