| Squadron 332- Finn Bakke My great uncle, Finn Ørnulf Bakke was a part of the Norwegian squadron 332. He departed Norway on May 5-1941 with 20 people and arrived Lerwick on the 7th. He finished school in England and were off to Little Norway in Canada before retuning to Europe to fight. He fell in Feb 25- 1945 in Germany after an attack on a train in Marienbaum. That's all I know about him, and I know my family, especially his brother (my grandfather) would like to know some more. So, if anyone has any other information about my uncle - or any attacks he or his squadron were a part of, I'd be thrilled to hear of it! |
