Water injection

After reading up about the F4U, I had to ask myself if the F4U-1A's used by VF-17 during Nov/Dec of 1943 had the R-2800-8W - the water injected Twin Wasp.

It was the 862nd F4U to be first fitted with the water-injection, though I don't know if the Navy had them before 1944.
