Country: | Second on my list would be flying Buffaloes for Finland. That would be.....exciting!
How about Rommel's personal pilot?

Country: | Id love to fly a Spitfire in North Africa. The wide open spaces, dog fights and desert camoflague on the spit suits me fine.
ETO: Hawker Tempest
Pacific: Beaufighter attacking ground targets

Country: | For me? A P-38 in the PTO. Stay up high and pick when and where you fight for the most part, or possibly in a Jug.

Country: | Theatre: Battle of Britain
A/C: Hawker Thyphoon
Country: UK (RAF)
Why:Because i believe it was one of the most intense air fight of the war, and the thyphoon was one of the best planes that flew in that battle |

Country: | Vincenzo is correct - Hurricanes, Spitfires, Beaufighters, Fairey Battles and Defiants but no Tempests or Typhoons during BoB.

Country: | Think I'd like to be in a B-17 over Europe. One thing for sure, the Germans
were more humane than the Japanese, if you were captured.

Country: | Yeah but i agree. The ETO would have been much better. In the PTO, theres the chance that you drown in water (not good) be captured by the Japanese (even worse) and the Germans were more human. Plus its not as hot :].
I'm thinking i would like a P-51 in ETO! Mostly cause its pretty cool! |

Country: | Since I am British & a navy buff, I would probably fly for Coastal Command or the FAA in the Med, better chance of getting picked up there before freezing your b**t in the North sea/Atlantic/White Sea
See the picture below? That's my Beau taking off from HMS Indomitable....
{LMAO}
