Here's one I found that I don't think I've seen mentioned here...

Military Factory - Military Weapons

The site is divided in 4 sections: Aircraft, Navy Ships, Tanks/Vehicles/&Artillery, and Infantry Weapons.

The aircraft section is quite decent
