Help needed- Does anyone know how C. K. Nourse is?

I am trying to find out who C. K. Nourse is? His name and a serial or file number are imprinted on the back of 30 photographs I have (WW II) Military aircraft in flight. Thank you in advance for your help

P.S The Photos Measure 8 1/4" by 5 1/2"

My guess is a professional photographer, perhaps one who specialized in aerial shots. Google "Nourse photography" and you'll get a number of hits, but no CKs.

P.S. the number was probably the photographer's catalog number so clients could say....."I want picture number 13264."

The (Nourse photography) google search is very broad and got 150,000 results. But thank you for trying to help

P.S the number on the back is the same on all the pictures
