| One sprue isn't there. It's the sprue which should have the clear parts on it. A- Fueslage B - Landing gear, wheels, tails and rear wings C - Propellors D - Not applicable E - Engine cowlings and interior bits F - Main wings Last edited by kgambit; 10-31-2009 at 03:07 PM. |

| Okay, it doesn't look THAT tricky. THe first thing I see is this. Look at the image below. You see those parts indicated with red arrows? You are going to have to split those in half. Those pieces form the left and right landing gear bay doors. The way to do it is to use the backside of the tip of your hobby knife (NOT the blade edge itself) and run in carefully and slowly down the center of the groove that separates the left and right halves. Don't put a lot of pressure on the knife. You're going to have to make repeated passes down the groove with a light uniform pressure from one end of the groove to the other. If you put too much pressure on the piece you could break it. Stop occassionally and turn the piece over. When you see a faint white line appear on opposite the groove where you are running the blade, that means that the two pieces are close to be separated. Keep running the backside of the knife tip down the groove and the two pieces will separate. Remember, go slow, use the backside of the hobby knife tip, and use light uniform pressure. Still looking at the rest of the instructions. |

| Dwight is right Harrison. Hobbycraft kits are engineered fairly simply, and go together, normally, without problems. But their instruction diagrams leave a lot to be desired, and make things look a lot worse than they are.
