Calling on light civil aircraft owners

Not sure if this is engine related but what are the venturi(?) like tubes attached to the starboard side of this aircraft? And what's their purpose? I've seen them before, but generally on vintage civil aircraft.

Any idea what the aircraft is? It appears to be 'hanging' in a museum.

I think these venturi are hear for replace the vacuum pump. These venturi create a depression for the functioning of gyro.

Correct - those venturis create a vacuum for the gyro instruments (directional gyro and artificial horizon).
