"Spectator" camera?

Hi there!

Does IL2 have option to use camera similar to FPS MP games when you can freely roam around in the map? Also it would give neat picture angles 'n stuff.

No, unfortunately, IL-2 doesn't.

What you can do, is add "Static Cameras" in the full mission builder. Just place them in key areas, and you can use them to view action and areas of interest.

Otherwise, you have to record the track, and use external views of the aircraft and action.
