I am a 52 year old male and my love and interest in ww2 aviation was born while sitting in awe listening to an old battle of britain fighter pilot who used to frequent my local british legion alas now departed he was a true gent and someone i greatly admired along with his brave fellow pilots most only children themselves for such a daunting task.I,ve been married for 8 years to a lovely lady relocating to the midlands in 2003.
