Mach 2 Models - Aircraft of World War II

I received my 1st Mach 2 kit via eBay. It was the Ju - 352, one I've had my eye on for some time.
What a disappoint when I opened it. The plastic was heavy & of poor quality. There was so much flashing I could cover a chimney with it. There was virtually no panel detail & the instruction sheet is a joke.
So why are they so expensive? Is it because they are the only source for some of lesser known aircraft like the 352 or the Do - 26.
Any thoughts on these kits?

Mmmm haven't heard of these before...from your description it must be a limited run kit of a rare subject that is fairly basic but probably costly to produce?

hi luftman my thoughts on mach kits never again paid through the nose for the valiant only to get a warped flash ridden monster of a kit so don,t waste your hard earned dosh on them they are not worth the hassle .
