Well, that settles it. I'm going to hunt down a -4, -5, AU-1 and -7 and build them all!

Wayne, I'll dig some stuff out and e-mail it; got loads of colour profiles of the 56th, and colour shots in another book. Might get it done tonight (Thursday), if not it'll be by the weekend. Don't know if you'll need it , as you'll probably know already, but I have the M.I.S. build and review (2 builds) for this kit, pointing out any minor errors, and which cockpit floor is which for the various block numbers. Shout if you want that too.
Terry, the T-bolt stuff is at your leisure, I wont build the big mother for a little while yet mate!....thanks for your efforts anyway!!

Got my 1/48 Airfix EE Camberra today as well....well worth the 17 quid since it's a H-U-G-E aircraft in that scale and the decalsheet is enormous!

Done it again, haven't I? Went to replace a couple of tins of the 'new' Humbrol paint, which have gone hard after only about 3 weeks! Heard this little voice, all hidden away on the bottom of the pile on the bottom shelf of the LHS, crying to me.
So, walked out with this, ready for the Bombers/Heavy Hitters GB.
Had to be done, it was 3 to 4 quid cheaper than anywhere else, including Model Hobbies!
BTW, for the non-Brits, a 'quid' is one Pound, about $1.80 U.S.

Right....been lucky on ebay to snap these babies up for a somewhat.....errmmm....hmmm....reasonable price.
The PR.9 will be a No. 13 Squadron photorec bird. Have no idea about the bomber or fighter version though. The F4U-4B will become, in time, Ken Walsh's crate from Okinawa, June '45...."White 13".

Sometimes ebay IS good!

Nice haul Jan! Have a look in the Hunter book, and see if there are any pics of 66 Sqn F6's, there' a good chap. BTW, see my other reply in your Canberra thread, re the 13 Sqn kite.
Daniel, it'll probably be an 88 Sqn machine, or certainly one of the UK based, probably 2 Group, squadrons. Want to do it as a small diorama, possibly having an engine serviced, and with the hatch beneath the bomb aimers compartment cut open, IF I can find somewhere to stuff enough weight to keep the nose on the deck, otherwise, it'll have to be glued down!
Already started my research, and thankfully, Karl gave me a link for a good book (which has one of my paintings on the cover!) that has some useful pics and info. (Thanks Karl!).
