| How come nearly all JU88 kits are the A4 variant? Some years ago, I got the Hobbycraft 1/48th Ju88A4 but, as I wanted to include it in my Battle of Britain collection, I converted it to an A5. Must finish it off some time! |

| Yes you are right the A4 variant is very popular among model manufacturers.A year ( or maybe two) ago I prepared the pic for Pisis who was interested in the conversion into C-6 version. http://www.ww2aircraft.net/forum/air...camo-4909.html (Junkers Ju 88C-6 Winter Camo)

| Very useful pic/diagram combination! I had already built and painted mine when I found out about the antenna ( 1, green arrow) in the picture. Too late now. However, it doesn't really matter, because there's so much dust on the model, you wouldn't see it anyway! I'll include a pic of it when I get around to setting up my model shots. |
