    Tamiya 1/48 Fiesler Fi103 V-1

My next victim. Just got it from RollModels. 8$ for 17 pieces. All the parts are very crisp and clean. I know about the profile problems but to me, at my stage of modeling...close enough is good enough. Going to troll the interwebs for a scheme. I figured out how to do mottling using Paint.NET and will try and transfer these to clear decal paper.

Madness doesn't always howl. Sometimes its a quiet voice in the middle of a model build that says "Hey buddy, is there room in your head for one more?"

Would love to see more about that "painting" technique...

Nice one, and great for a small diorama. Here's a typical colour scheme, shown on the example at Duxford.

Thanks Terry, much obliged. Reading the Osprey book to figure out the inside color of the pulse jet. I'm thinking bare metal right now, primer not needed on a fire and forget I would say.

Should be a nice, quick build Geo.
