The wad will be enough for some 1/72 scale kits.

U guys bitchin and moanin about 1/24th scale models is really getting me confused.... When I was 13-16, 1/24th was all I built.... I grew up as a kindof rich kid, so money wasnt a problem, but I never had any issues with the size or difficulty of them....

Maybe now that Im 42 my opinions would be different, but I havent seen a 1/24th kit in a loooong time....

I'm guilty of that, Les. But when I was a kid, the sky was unlimited and nothing could stop me building them. Now older with reduced skill sets, its a little.....daunting? Ahhh, I'm just whinning. I know I'll tackle it as soon as I finish the few others around here.

I think I'm just haven't figured out what I want to do with it. It has markings for Wick's plane and I think another but I'm not sure that I want to do that. I want it to be unique and different. Maybe a Yugoslav AF machine or......

You must be talking about the 'cross-hatch' pattern...got a couple of shots of Bf109E's of 9/JG52....and then there was the other pattern used by JG54...

Hey, I've seen that! That would be cool. I was thinking of either the crate with numerals on the cowling - I think Trauloft used that as a protest against Goering for his marriage - or with "Train" motto that some used - as another protest against escorting the bombers during BoB.
