monogram C-47 diorama tips

Does anybody have a copy of Shep Paines monogram diorama tip sheet for the C-47 Skytrain, that they could post? I have been looking for it everywhere, but the closesyt I can get is a website that the photos are not there.

I've seen that one, but I'm looking for the one by Sheperd Paine that came in the model kit back in the 70's. Thank you though.
