    Just found the same. It seemed to download, then wouldn't open. Ah well, got plenty on the subject anyway I suppose !

    Bo nie warto nosić munduru w kraju, gdzie od lat systematycznie demontuje się służby mundurowe, kretyńsko manewrując ustawodawstwem emerytalnym i socjalnym, równocześnie nie czyniąc nic dla uporządkowania elementarnego systemu pragmatyki płacowej i służbowej, której emerytura jest tylko ostatnim ogniwem.
    Bo nie warto nosić munduru w kraju, gdzie znaczna część mundurowych zwyczajnie klepie biedę, mimo że codziennie mają ustawowy obowiązek narażania życia i zdrowia (i narażają...)

    I got it both times, although it took some time. but when it started to open, it just disappeared both times !

    The size is not a problem..done much bigger files...this one just doesn't want to be got...
