FSX B-17 Group

Some B-17 enthusiast are trying to form a small group of guys who fly the excellent add-on aircraft B-17G from A2A Simulations. We have three so far as well as some people dedicated to flying the P-51 as escorts. Eventually we will have regular events where we will re-enact selected missions from history. None of this has been finalized but I would like to let you know if you are an FSX fan and a B-17 nut. Here are some screenshots of my B-17's maiden voyage on our community server:










The B-17 costs about $32.00 USD to download but in my opinion it is worth every penny. So far, everything i've read in the real 1944 Pilots manual is possible in this virtual aircraft.

As i love to "fly" Warbirds in FSX, this new Developement from A2A seems to be "the" B-17 for a Simulation.

So do i need Microsoft Flight Simulator x to run this a2a B-17 program? Sorry for the dumb question, i just dont have any idea.......
