What is the best 80s Metal Band. For me it is a 100% Metallica but then again they are also my favorite band.

Maiden and Slayer are close seconds, but Metallica defined the Sabbath sound and exploded it....

And having Motley Crue on there is almost a sin....

I considered not putting Motley Crue on the list but they did define the "Glam Metal" scene so I through them in there. They certainly would not recieve my vote though...

I was watching live **** bing & purge Seattle show the other night and in the 80s the mighty metallica were untouchable........so er have a guess who i voted for lol!
