What do you mean by Supergroup?
Because depending on what you mean I have allready seen them before.
If by Supergroup you mean a band made up of famous members of other bands then I would have to say Velvet Revolver and I have allready seen them in 2005 and will see them again this summer. Another good one was Audioslave and I saw them at Rock im Park as well.
If by Supergroup you just mean very very famouse well I have allready seen the super of super groups (in my opinion) 9 different times and that is Metallica.

Sorry fellas, my mistake. If you could pick any musician that you like, guitar, bass, drums etc. etc.. and put in a group to play. How would you put that group together?

The best real "Super-Group" was Temple of the Dog.
But for an imaginery one;
Chris Cornell; vocals. (Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, Audioslave)
Mike Mcready; 1st Guitar (Pearl Jam, Mad Season)
Jerry Cantrell; 2nd Guitar (Alice in Chains)
Ben Shepherd; Bass (Soundgarden)
Matt Cameron; Percussion (Soundgarden, Pearl Jam)
The choice of Ben Shepherd instead of anyone else was, he clicked with Cameron.

Yeah, there are better/faster/whatever players than some of these guys, but I think these guys would play well together. Sure, individually I'd rather have Kirk Hammett or Randy Rhodes or Yngwie, but I don't think they would mesh with the other guys.
But what the hay........It's my band and I get to choose!!!! Right?
