    Fw 190D book

I am looking for a good reference on the Focke-Wulf Fw 190D variants. Peter Rodeike's book is reputedly the seminal reference on the Fw 190, but it seems difficult to find. However, during my search, I found the following:

Focke-Wulf FW 190 Long Nose: An Illustrated History of the FW 190 D Series by Dietmar Harmann

I'd be appreciative for any opinions or thoughts about this work, particularly its comprehensiveness in covering the lesser-known 190D variants. Thanks much for any input.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, I understand Crandall's book covers primarily the Fw190D-9, and I'm looking for a reference that includes the 190D-9's less famous cousins also. I've heard good things about Crandall's book, though, and I'll check it out.

Kagero Top drawings No.3: Focke-wulf Fw 190D, by Stefan Draminski is fantastic! Plan drawings in 1.72, 1:48, and 1:32 of The Fw 190D-9, -11,-13, and -15, aswell as colour profiles and decals for same in all 3 scales...!
